Under the supervision of Mr. Olumide Kassim, BCBA, MS, our dedicated team of passionate registered behavior technicians (RBTs) bring a wealth of experience and a genuine love for ABA. Each member is committed to creating both a productive and nurturing environment.
Olumide Kassim, MS, BCBA Owner & Board Certified Behavior Analyst Olumide Kassim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Spectrum Heights ABA. Driven by a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent youth, Olumide earned his Master’s degree in Neuroscience and brings a rich, science-backed understanding of brain development and behavior to his clinical practice.
He specializes in designing carefully structured, individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles. Olumide operates on the core belief that with the right plan, supportive expectations, and dedicated care, every child has the innate ability to thrive and climb to the highest of heights.
